Dimensions Health and Fitness is a comprehensive and holistic health and wellness program for our community here at Conservatory At Champion Forest. The program not only focuses on physical health but also social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual health. We have a full-time director that oversees the entire effectiveness of the program and a professional trained team to help run the program smoothly. Fitness activities are carefully planned to ensure our community fulfills the requirement of both aerobic and strength exercises. Other activities aim to improve all other dimensions of wellness such as social gatherings, games and reading to improve intellectual health, and religious studies to improve spiritual health.
Our community may also have varied medical needs. Hence, the full-time director will ensure that your personalized medical needs are being met. This includes medication management. Residents are also given regular free health screenings to test hearing, vision, blood pressure, and more. Sometimes, there will also be visits from the medical director to ascertain the needs of the community and provide any medical assistance if necessary.
