Sisi Andrews

Executive Director

Sisi Andrews brings 25 years of customer service experience to Conservatory At Champion Forest, focusing in hospitality and senior living operations. Sisi is customer service-focused and results-driven, operating her communities and hotels with a caring and compassionate heart. Sisi has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama and is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator.
Sisi recently relocated to Houston with her husband Reginald and their twelve-year-old daughter Sydney Nicole. In her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts, reading, and spending time with her family. Sisi is excited to embark on this new adventure and looking forward to once again being able to serve seniors.

Adriana Romero

Director of Celebrations

As the youngest daughter of a Mexican Navy officer, Adriana Romero has travelled the world and graduated from Lomonosov University in Moscow, Russia. This creative and dedicated leader is fluent in 5 languages: Spanish, Italian, French, Russian and English.Adriana has been with Conservatory At Champion Forest as the Director of Celebrations for several years. She is passionate about creating unique programs that inspires residents and guests to live a more independent and well-rounded lifestyle. To this end, her programs focus on all aspects of physical and mental wellness as well as social interaction. Some of the most memorable events Adriana has hosted include, casino outings, day trips,dinners and dances and even resident weddings. Adriana’s zest for life is a reminder to everyone that it’s never too late, and you’re never too old, to fall in love.

Chef Matthew Griffiths

Director of Culinary Services

Born in Jamaica, Chef Matthew Griffiths found his culinary passion at a young age. He started his career as a prep-cook for the Brown’s Hotel in Denver, CO, and learned the ways of traditional French and American cuisine. He then moved to Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel. While working under prestigious Chefs, Chef Matthew attended Johnsons & Wales University where he received many awards and scholarships for his excellence.
Matthew was presented with the opportunity to lead a kitchen in Houston at the Hotel Zaza, he was able to create a menu that was heavily influenced by his love for true fusion of classical French and Jamaican cuisine. With each dish he creates, Chef strives to be innovative, yet stay true to his culture to provide an unforgettable dining experience.
Chef Matthew is eager to share his passion for culinary excellence with the residents at The Conservatory at Champion Forest.

Marcia

Marcia Burt

Director of Sales

Director of Sales, Marcia Burt joined Conservatory At Champion Forest in October 2021 after 7 1/2 years in financial education services. Before that, Marcia was a Community Relations Director at a senior living community in Houston.

Marcia and her husband, David, have six children together and are expecting their first grandchild soon! They live nearby and also have two Miniature Pinschers, Abby and Buddy.

Marcia is excited to be back in senior living. She is excited to get to know our residents, what brought them here, plan memorable events and collaborate with the team to create fun experiences for our residents and guests every day.

YOUR Senior Lifestyle Counselor, Paul Gandy, is a true native Texan. He was born, raised and has lived in Texas his entire life. He studied Psychology at the University of Houston, and then spent the next 25 years in the Health & Weight loss Industry as a Guide, Educator, and Counselor helping people who were considering making the life changing decision whether or not to have Weight Loss Surgery.

Paul’s goal is simply to be “of Service” to you as you make your own life changing decision as to whether or not to move into an Active Senior Independent Living Community. He will be there from beginning to end of this process to help you discover, decide, and design your new life, in your new home, and even the new lifestyle you will create here at the Conservatory at Champion Forest.
