
Founder & CEO - Marvin has been involved in the development, construction and operation of residential real estate since 1951. As owner of his own development firm prior to establishing Conservatory Senior Living, his talent for analyzing business, hiring people and challenging established standards has resulted in a portfolio of outstanding multifamily residences including properties designed specifically to meet the needs of independent seniors. Marvin attended the University of Iowa and the University of Chicago from 1940 to 1942 and completed the Executive MBA Program of the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago in 1973. He is a past President of the Homebuilders of Illinois.

President - Norma has been actively engaged in the interior design, development, construction and operation of single family, multifamily and town homes since 1972. After joining her husband Marvin in 1975, she was responsible for the asset management of 3,123 multifamily units in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio and oversaw the rehabilitation and management of apartment communities for Gerald Hines Interests. Norma more recently oversaw the design and asset management of 16 apartment communities in Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Mexico totaling approximately 3,000 units. In addition, she was responsible for the interior design and operations of a 154-unit luxury high-rise, The Rienzi, in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas, Texas.
Norma oversees the interior design of Conservatory Senior Living communities and is responsible for the asset management. She remains active in charity work in Dallas, Texas that benefits senior citizens, children and the homeless. She is an active licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas.
Controller - Bill has been with the Myers since 1995, overseeing accounting for 21 developments. He has vast knowledge and experience in financial operations, construction finance, insurance, MIS, internal controls and accounting. Bill previously spent three years with Bell Helicopter Services, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and was Division Controller and Operation Analyst for ARA Services from 1986 to 1992. He is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin in 1983 with a BBA in Accounting. Bill is currently responsible for oversight of all aspects of Conservatory Senior Living's financial performance.
