Conservatory Senior Living is a leader in providing wellness programs for residents to improve their quality of life. Conservatory® is the first active adult retirement community in Texas to offer residents a new cutting-edge Brain Fitness Program from Posit Science designed to improve memory, alertness and comprehension skills.

What is the Posit Science Program?

The program is designed to improve thinking, understanding and memory. It was developed by Posit Science’s global team of university-based researchers as part of an ongoing effort to improve brain health as people age.

The program includes a series of scientifically-based, fun and engaging exercises that are done on a computer, in a classroom. These programs exercise the brain, and are designed to speed up brain processing and improve brain function.

How long is the Posit Science Program?

Exercises are done for an hour a day for up to eight weeks. As with physical exercise, it is important to exercise the brain extensively in specific ways in order to see benefits. The program is self-paced and adjusts to each individual’s abilities and needs.

What are the benefits of the Posit Science Program?

The program is designed to help people remember better, think and absorb information better and faster, and understand and communicate more easily. It also helps people feel more alert, be more optimistic and confident, and have more control and independence.

About Posit Science:
